Weight loss or Fat loss? What should our main focus be? When people lose body fat, they also lose inches. For the RhythmX Nutrition, Fat Loss and Wellness Program, the weight is irrelevant.  We don't want our clients to worry about the scale or dieting; we would much rather have them learning the tools they need to make a change in their life for a healthier life style. The main purpose of our program is to teach clients how to manage their nutrition and exercise programs to take control of their health.  We would like to educate people on how to lose body fat while providing muscle sustainability. While the scale will take care of itself through the entire process, the client will understand that weight loss is not the best indicator of a path to a healthier life style.  The result of our program is ultimately to help people gain control of their weight in the long run, without focusing on weight or weight loss as a mechanism for measuring progress.  Short term quick fixes always fail.  Our objective is to create a long-term sustainable process.

We want our students to have more energy, strength, stamina, happiness, better health, better sleep, better sex, feel sexier and have a stronger immune system. We also want our clients to fit into new clothes, have more confidence, stronger bodies, and over all, a healthier lifestyle.

Structure of the The RhythmX Fat Loss Eucational Program: (detailed curriculum is available once signed up in the program)

  • 8 week program
  • 10-12 people in a group
  • Program includes the Food Journal, The Reference Manual, a Fat burner, High Potency Vitamins and unlimited access to personal online progress monitoring

The 8 week program includes the following:

First week:

First visit

  • 1 Consultation hour
  • health assessment
  • personal goal set up and introduction to the program
  • measurements

Second visit

  • 1 hour of health assessment/education/progress monitoring
  • coaching and physical training 
  • measurements


Weeks 2-7: 2 times a week

  • 30 min of coaching/education/progress monitoring 
  • 30 min of exercising and training
  • measurements

Week 8:

First visit

  • 30 min of coaching/education/progress monitoring 
  • 30 min of exercising and training
  • measurements

Second visit

  • 1 hour of health assessment/education/progress monitoring
  • coaching and physical training 
  • measurements
