- Rental Space amount is due 24 hours before the schedule date and time of the event
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the contract is required when signing the space rental agreement.
- A 48 hour cancelation notification is required to receive 25% of the deposit back. The other 25% of the deposit is non-refundable at all time.
- RhythmX offers cleaning services for an additional 20% of the total amount of the contract.
